Scope and content

Program records related to the program focus area and its core activities, such as organizing events or awarding grants and scholarships. In the case of RSS the standard grant file consisted of an application form, a CV, administrative documentation, and the final report and publication as the output of the project. In the course of archiving documents related to processing grant applications were destroyed, while final reports submitted by grantees were scanned in PDF format and deposited at the Soros Network Archival Portal as a digital repository (http://snap.archivum.ws/dspace/). When the scanning project is completed, paper copies of final reports will also be destroyed. Publications are all preserved in paper copy. Some of them are also available in digital format at http://rss.archives.ceu.hu/.
