Archival history

Long Term and Supplementary Grants Program files were digitized in 2004 according to the archival standards and best practicies. The hard copies got destroyed with the consent of the legal successor of ISF. At their present status digital image files can be used for research. Image files wil be converted into text files, and processed digital images will be available online from August, 2006.

Scope and content

The subfonds contains records related to the activities of several programs run by the International Science Foundation in 1993-1997 such as Travel Grants, Emergency Grants, Library Assistance Grants, Grant Assistance, Discretionary Grants, Long Term Research Grants and Supplementary Grants programs.
