Scope and content

The series consists of an electronic publication that was launched in May 1996. It was the third in OMRI's series of special reports on developments in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, and was distributed as a supplement to the OMRI Daily Digest. It appeared weekly and contained the latest news about developments in the Russian presidential campaign.
