Scope and content

The series contains electronic files of Special Issues that were prepared as topical bulletins by the Moscow News Agency What Papers Say and sent electronically to the RFE/RL Research Institute where they were printed out and disseminated.

The files include the following titles: Bank and Exchange, Defense and Security, Human Rights, and Jews in CIS [Commonwealth of Independent States] covering the respective topics in the period of 1993-1994.
HU OSA 204-4-200 contains print-outs of these particular materials along with other titles.

Materials were taken to the Open Media Research Institute to support its activity and broadcasting by RFE/RL.
