Scope and content

The subfonds is dedicated to the activity of the Communication Department comprising press coverage of George Soros visit in Russia in 2003, and audio-visual recordings of the OSI-Russia events.
The subfonds consist of the records related to the activities of the main governing bodies of the Open Society Institute - Russia, including Advisory Committee Minutes and correspondence and Executive Board. It includes minutes and correspondence organized in chronological order (by date of the meeting), intra-office memoranda, and other materials related to the administration. Part of the sunfonds is dedicated to the activity of the Communication Department comprising press coverage, and audio-visual recordings of projects managed and supported by OSI-Russia, and also events at the Foundation. Publications (both in Russian and foreign languages) related to the activity of the OSI Russia and George Soros in general were collected.
