Contains newspaper clippings, press releases and media monitoring materials, and publications.

The documents in this series cover a set of topics that belonged to the field of specialization of Aurel Bereznai, among them: communist party leadership and state administration,legislation, the condition of Hungarian minorities abroad, as well as literature and cultural policy.

The creator of these files was also in charge of preparing, once or twice a year, the "List of Personalities", a sort of Who's Who in the Hungarian communist nomenclature. The lists that are filed within this series cover the years 1958-1971.
