Scope and content

Report on the USSR superseded the Radio Liberty Research Bulletin. The contents, however, remained the same in that both feature the work of Radio Liberty's own researchers and are enhanced by frequent contributions from outside specialists.
The All Union Topics series adds new features designed both to highlight information about events on All Union level quickly and to represent the variety of research done at Radio Liberty. The publication was both a source of up-to-date analysis and for future reference.
