Scope and content

Report on the USSR: Baltic States superseded the Radio Liberty Research Bulletin relating to the Baltic States. The contents, however, remained the same in that both feature the work of Radio Liberty`s own researchers and are enhanced by frequent contributions from outside specialists.

The Report adds new features designed both to highlight information about events in the the Baltic States quickly and to represent the variety of research done at Radio Liberty. The publication was both a source of up-to-date analysis of events and for future reference.
