Contains correspondence, interoffice memos (fax and e-mail), administrative materials, conference and seminar kits, press releases, media monitoring materials, newsletters and photographs.

The records in this fonds document the manifold activity of the International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights (and also of its member committees) almost from its 1982 foundation up until the present. They consist of materials on the human rights condition in the countries that signed the Helsinki Final Act (country files), administrative records of the General Secretariat and the Executive Director(s), OSCE/CSCE related documents, and various IHF publications and reports from other HRNGOs.
