Scope and content

This series consists of four archival boxes containing lists of persons reported missing on the territory of Bosnia Hercegovina. The majority of the lists are arranged by the municipality in which the person was reported missing, but there are also arrangements based on the person who compiled the lists, and on lists compiled by the Antemortem Database (AMDB) project.

Each list provides information on the missing person, including name, date of birth, sex, place of birth and the location where last seen. At the end of the series there is a published and bound list of all missing persons, compiled by the PHR, and including antemortem data. Also, two copies of the ICRC’s List of Missing Persons, published in 1998.
