Scope and content

This series, arranged in 4 archival boxes, consists of medical records relating to DNA testing and autopsies performed with the participation of the PHR in the course of its Identification Project. The records include DNA reports, a variety of blank autopsy forms, autopsy forms filled in by Tal Simmons in the course of her work on various massacre sites in Bosnia, and copies of death certificates issued by hospitals. There is also a file of miscellaneous documents at the end.
