Scope and content

In 1999 the original Forensic Monitoring Reports are known as Consultation Reports, and what appears to be their copies are known as Recovery Documentation Reports. Apart from the different title, there are some differences in the descriptive section of the two types of report. But the photographs are always the same: the Recovery Documentation Reports containing copies of the original photographs in the Consultation Reports. The site described, and the general process involved are also the same in both reports.
