Scope and content

This sub-fond series consists of five archival boxes of corespondence and reports from, or relating to, organizations associated with the PHR in the course of its work in Bosnia. The principal organizations are listed alphabetically below: BIM (Association for the Promotion of the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights, which worked with the PHR in the administration of the Ante Mortem Data Base (AMDB). EU Commission, International Crisis Group (ICG), International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP), International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA), Office of the High Representative (OHR), OCSE, the election monitoring body. Human Rights Watch, Scottish European Aid (SEA), and Women of Srebrenica, representing the relatives of missing persons.

The records principally cover and consist of, relations with the PHR, protocols, reports, field schedules, fact-sheets, funding, and newsletters. These records show how PHR related to other organizations doing similar work in Bosnia, and how it obtained funding and other support. The records are arranged alphabetically by organization.
