Guidelines and Project Description which provided project description and training to staff working on the PHR projects, as well as describing the PHR to those outside the organisation. Affiliated Organisations which collects the records of organisations associated with the work of the PHR, such as the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Human Rights (BIM), the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), and the Office of the High Representative (OHR).

Progress Reports which were produced on a daily, weekly and monthly basis by the PHR staff, detailing the work carried out over the stated period. Personnel and Employment dealing with the recruitment of new staff for the PHR, as well as personal details of the staff.
