  1. [Footage taken in the aftermath of the American bombing of Afghanistan in Fall 2001] Part 1 (interview)
    In this footage a number of people are interviewed in front of their property which had been destroyed by rockets on the morning of the taping. The tape shows other people in a destitute, bombed out city. In a number of interviews, a life of terror under the Taliban is described, including tales of exile, the loss of all belongings, bombings, and the killings of loved ones.|Footage includes:|rubble and ruins of bombed buildings|smoke from the bombing|people mournging over dead bodies|various shots of bodies, very badly mangled, dismembered and burnt

  3. [Hidden camera footage of the hanging of four men in Afghanistan] (amateur footage)
    Public execution by Taliban: Undercover footage depicting four dead men hanging from cranes, on display, in the center of Kabul. The 4 men were found guilty of carrying out a series of bomb attacks last year. Afghanis crowd around to catch a glimpse of the dead. Some Taliban(?) fighters are visible, here and there. An official Taliban radio (Radio Shariat) report is recorded at the end of the tape; their account provides the names of the victims and the charges against them.

  4. [Report from Bamiyan] Part 1 (site visit and interview)
    Footage includes ruins of the giant Buddhas carved into the sandstone cliffs, which were destroyed by the Taliban in March 2001. The earliest was thought to have been carved in the third century A.D. The statues were the tallest standing Buddhas in the world. The footage also shows people at work outside in fields, RAWA schools, women and children, interviews, caves in which people live. There are un-translated interviews.
