In 2004 OSA received support from the Culture 2000 program of the European Union to implement a three year cooperation project, the "History After the Fall - the Interdeterminacy of the Short Twentieth Century".

International Human Rights Film Festival Version was organized by the OSA at CEU with the suppport of the Hungarian Helsinki Committee. Its first edition included 40 recent documentaries on important social issues: civil conflicts; war crimes; terrorism; political repression; nationalism and racism; women's rights, child abuse and corruption.
