Reproducing Textual Materials - Charges and Conditions

1. Volume of requested materials:

OSA encourages researchers to use their own equipment in the Research Room to make digital images of materials of their choice.

Upon request the staff of OSA digitizes images and mails the CDs with the images to the requester. In such cases the minimum charging unit is 25 images. (So, for example, if you order 30 images, you will be charged for twice 25.) OSA provides researchers with CD and the price of this medium is included in the charge.

2. Production costs

Digitizing
A unit of 25 images is HUF 2,500 (10 Euro)

3. Shipping costs are calculated by OSA after receipt of the Textual Materials Order Form and are added to the production costs total.
Alternatively, copies can be picked up at OSA Reception Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm. Address: 1051 Budapest, Arany János utca 32.

4. Usage
Images are produced solely for academic and research purposes under the copyright and archival restriction regulations in effect. (see Textual Materials OrderForm.rtf). Digital images will be marked with OSA Archivum waterprint.

5. Deadlines
Digitizing is limited by the Archives' technical capacity and priorities.
Deadlines for researchers will be negotiated case by case in relation to the quantities requested.

6. Urgency
