Katalin Gádoros (Hungary) graduated from Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest. She worked as a teacher, teacher trainer and lecturer in teaching methodology at secondary and higher educational institutions, gaining professional experience in England and the US until 1998, when she joined the Central European University as program officer for the CEU Summer University. In 2000 she joined OSA where, as Head of Administration, she is responsible for the budget and institutional operation. She is also responsible for OSA's fundraising efforts, coordinates the Visegrad Scholarship at OSA grant scheme and in close cooperation with the relevant CEU units administers OSA grants, among them the History After the Fall Culture 2000 program grant for a three-year cooperation project, where OSA was the lead partner. So far she has participated in the submission, administration and reporting of over 25 national and international grants.
